Consultation Paper on Discovery

The Supreme Court is seeking public feedback on its Consultation Paper regarding the law, practice and management for the discovery of documents in civil litigation. The purpose of the Consultation Paper is to review and ascertain whether the current discovery process should be modified and updated to bring it in line with present and future business practices and needs. The Consultation Paper is accessible here.
